Chute feeder is generally hoisted on the discharge outlet of the ore bin.Feeding is realized through reciprocation of the bottom plate of the chute,with the speed of 20-60 times/min,and stroke of 20-200mm.The feeding quantity depends on the stroke,which is adjustable.The method of adjusting the stroke: make proper adjustment through adjusting the eccentricity of eccentric wheel of drive unit.
Chute Feeder is suitable for beneficiation, coal, chemical and other industries. The feeder sends granular and lump materials from storage silos to different types of devices, but it¡¯s not suitable for feeding of pure mineral powder and other powdery materials.
